Many remote work and technical support software programs have spread significantly, perhaps starting with the famous Windows program Remote Desktop, but it didn't spread widely because it was heavy and lacked privacy. Then other programs followed and spread, including AnyDisk (which I haven't tried) and also the famous program TeamViewer and I explained it by clicking here Then and recently a program Chrome Remote Desktop is Google's Remote Desktop, and I have also explained it from here. And currently and finally, a new and wonderful program, but it currently only has light features, and being new, it is expected to be significantly developed with better features, which is the Quick Assist program.
Through this feature, which is already present in Windows 10 and later, assistance can be provided by accessing the other party's device or training on a certain matter. However, files cannot be transferred through it like its predecessors.
To use this feature, both devices must have Windows 10 or later... and we begin the explanation here:
Initially, it is necessary as a precaution to restart the device after finishing.
The program only supports devices with the Windows version.
The program does not support transferring files between devices, but you can perform the work through it on the receiving device.
First, you execute the following command on both devices
You click the Start button and type Quick Assist as shown in the following image:

The panel appears as shown in the following image. If you are the one accessing the other party's device, you click on "Provide Support", and if technical support is accessing your device, you type the number they will provide you in the empty field.

Now we will continue our conversation assuming that you want to access the other party's device and help them, or that they are training you, or something similar. First, you register an email address for yourself as shown in the following image:

Recording your own email password...

It is better to choose "no" and not stay, but rather to enter anew always….

Windows will now give you a temporary PIN code to give to the other party so they can enter it in the blank space mentioned earlier in image number 2... You have a few minutes before it expires.

You will now notice, as in the following image, the screen of the other party's device that you need to access, where the number you gave them has been entered. After that, they need to click on Share Screen.

Please select the required permission... In my opinion, whether it is technical support or training, choose the first one, and if you are going to train others, choose the second one.

The other party's device will receive a confirmation message... they need to tap allow by pressing Allow.

Now, and with complete ease, you are inside the second device entirely and have full freedom within it if you want to repair or practice, and this is a picture of it.

And here is a picture of the other party's device that I entered into

As I mentioned to you, the program is new, and improvements are expected through the introduction of numerous additions and further development...
With all affection and respect
